Beauty Cosplay

Well, technically I suppose it's not cosplay, but what the hell.


This is a photo from last year's musical, which I starred in a Belle.
Unfortunately, it turns out I look really UGLY when I'm singing, (and the blue costume wasn't particularly nice either) so this was the only photo I could salvage as far as looking like "Belle" goes.

Oh well.

Funny anecdote for you all: Although in this photo it doesn't appear so, this skirt had an array of hoops keeping it all poofy and such. The first time we ever did a dress rehearsal of that scene, I had no idea how to arrange the hoops, so when I sat down they all bunched up in front of me and swooshed into my face. Thank god I also had to wear bloomers. We figured out shortly afterwards the best way to sit down in said dress.

anyways, I think this one is really pretty. I like the gold.

P.S. (I didn't make the costume, it's an actual theatre one (SHAME) but it's still nice, and I had to alter it myself, so... yeah.)
